I think because I was a teacher for 12 years, I realize people don't
like
feeling unknowledgeable about things. Wending one's way through the
mortgage maze can really be daunting. I know, I had to do it for my own
mortgages and then over and over again with my wary clients. After 12
years of teaching, in 1984 I became a real estate agent; another maze
filled business! When I look back on my 13 years in real estate and 8
years as a Loan Officer, I realize I have learned a lot! I hope I have
helped people understand the pitfalls of Taos Real Estate and nipped
the
problems in the bud.
Living in Taos now, for 36 years, I believe I know a lot about our
town.
At least, I have begun to scratch the surface. I love this town! I
raised
two sons here. My younger son teaches at the Enos Garcia Elementary
School. I've been a soccer mom, a cub scout den mother, a Montessori
teacher, a parenting coach, a jeweler and a waitress. Fly fishing,
cross
country skiing, hiking, photography, reading, writing, riding my
bicycle
and kayaking are my passions. Being surrounded by nature is my heaven.
As a loan officer, I feel is my duty to be thorough, thoughtful,
creative
and responsive to my clients. It's also important to make it a pleasant
experience for you, the client. If you are considering purchasing
property, refinancing, remodeling, building, please, call me.
