Sonya Cordova
A native of Taos, I was born on January 1, 1985. Yes! I was a New Years Baby! In the year 2003 I graduated with honors from Taos High School and am currently attending the University of New Mexico where I am pursuing a degree in Business and Finance.

Prior to working at Dimond Mortgage I was a Recreational Specialist with the Town of Taos Youth and Families Center serving children and adults alike. My work experience includes the YMCA of Albuquerque and the famous Apple Tree Restaurant. I've always enjoyed working in the service sector as I am a people person and have learned a great deal by working with the variety of cultural backgrounds indicative of the Taos area.

I have a love for dancing, cooking, creative writing and camping in the amazing outdoors of beautiful New Mexico. I have a strong work ethic and have always prided myself in never being afraid of a challenge.

Working for Dimond Mortgage has broadened my experience in the business field and is a stepping stone in reaching my goal. As a loan processor, I have established numerous business relations with lenders around the U.S. through my work with day to day transactions on loans from beginning to end.
