CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
"Thank you for everything you did to make buying our first home simple, clear and unterrifying. Knowing you were keeping on top of our buying process took the worry out of purchasing the house while still in Florida. Now we are eagerly awaiting June when we anticipate moving out to Taos. It can't come soon enough for us."

Stacy Monaghan
I was born in Carmel California on May 28, 1972. In 1977, my family and I moved to Carson, New Mexico. I enjoyed my childhood in a secluded log cabin in Carson with the woods and National Forest as my playground. I attended school in Ojo Caliente and later Taos Jr. High before moving back to California to attend High School and take various college courses. I had hopes of finding an interest in a subject that would help me decide on a career. Some of these included animal health, legal terminology and paralegal studies.
I tried my hand at various jobs before finding an interest in property, more specifically title insurance. I found the history aspect very interesting. I worked for a large title insurance company in California and learned a lot in this field. During this time I enjoyed many aspects of living in California but I found myself missing Taos more all the time.
Finally in 2004, I was able to move back and call this beautiful land home once again. I worked for a local title company here in Taos for three years and now find myself with the opportunity to learn yet another aspect of the property buying and selling process; the mortgage side. While I may be just starting my journey in this ever changing industry, I would love the opportunity to put my knowledge and experience in property and title, and my determination to provide stellar customer service, to work for you.
